From experience we have found that food allergy specialists invariably struggle to identify triggers, and sometimes triggers require an initiator too. We cannot guarentee results but all samples are sent to a world class  laboratory in the United States for detailed analysis and report. Where the identification may not be guaranteed the elimination of environmetal components can be a great help.
