The attached free questionnaire provides an indicator of whether or not your health or property value may be at risk. The questions are designed to assess the competence and actions of those involved with the restoration and whether or not risks or hazards currently exist. Future property sales or health investigations may revolve around similar assessments.

Complete the form and make your own assessment, it should become apparent if delay, competence or safety issues are a factor and if you believe damage or health issues exist, send a completed copy to us for support assessment.

Audits

While most contractors provide value for money and expertise, some fail to provide adequate goods or services. We specialise in post flooding and water or fire damage restoration inspections. As trainers and recognised industry experts in these fields we asses if the work was completed to recognised standards. As registered “Expert Witness” we can provide the evidence and independent reporting often required to substantiate your claim.

Inspections and audits can be very economical against possible hidden or latent damage and we invariably find the contractor at fault when called to investigate a problem. Our costs are usually recoverable from insurers or the delinquent contractor.
